Education may be a process of teaching, training and learning especially in schools or colleges to enhance knowledge and develop skills. it's obvious that education helps an individual to market their learning skills to vary their behavior. Furthermore to survive during a society, an individual must have knowledge and skills which must be brought into practice. Everybody knows that man is mortal. Therefore, these skills should be passed on to subsequent generation for the continuation of humans. Clearly, next generation means later born children or people that will master the planet .

Education, which has been a basic need of an individual after food, clothes, shelter and health, must tend to each person- regardless of where they were born. Education must be for all in order that the human resource or manpower, that a rustic needs, are often supplied. Until humans survive within the world, they have doctors, engineers, teachers, farmers etc.

People, during this twenty first century are still bereft of education. Neither they're ready to receive formal education from schools and colleges nor are they ready to get informal education through media. it's because they're paralyzed by their poverty. Moreover, the privatization in education has also made them to be faraway from learning skills.

In general it's the responsibility of the state to supply its people their basic needs freed from cost especially education. Education must be free in order that 'Education for All' comes into reality. Education is that the right of each citizen.
